As your piece is handmade just for you, please allow up 1 week production time.
Ready made pieces aim to ship between 2-5 working days. As a one-person operation my shipping times depend on workload, so please be aware that it may take longer than the above. If you would like your jewellery by a specific date, please email [email protected] prior to purchasing and I'll do my best to accommodate.
All packages are shipped from South Wales via Royal Mail. Please note, I can not be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen by either countries postal services. Purchasing insurance is strongly recommended.
If you're in the UK, your package will be sent 1st Class Signed For (aims to deliver between 1-5 days). This is not an insured delivery option. For insurance up to £500, please contact me first requesting 'special delivery'.
International packages will be sent by Royal Mail Intl 'Tracked and Signed' which aims to deliver between 5-7 working days but can take longer. Please note that this is standard shipping and despite the available tracking information it is NOT an insured option. If you would like to insure your package please contact me immediately upon purchasing the item. Prices vary depending on the overall value of your item. You will receive a Paypal invoice for the added cost. Invoices must be paid before your item is shipped.
I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the package once it has been shipped. The delivery options in place are there to ensure your item(s) arrive safely.
International buyers, please be aware your parcel may be delayed by customs once it reaches your country. Tinker Rose Jewellery are not responsible for any tax/customs charges you may incur.

Due to the made to order nature of the shop all sales are final and I will not accept returns or provide refunds. Please take time to read the descriptions carefully, take note of sizing - you can order a ring sizer here.
